Tina Yang has over 2 years of experience in social media marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wilfrid Laurier, where she attained a specialization in Marketing and a minor in Economics. In her time at Laurier, she briefly held the position of junior marketing associate for the Business of Financial Mathematics Association where she discovered her passion for marketing and all things tech.


As the social media marketing expert at the digital finance institute, Tina Yang actively leverages social media channels to help promote, develop and foster discussions and innovation surrounding all things tech, artificial intelligence, financial technology, regulatory technology, blockchain and financial inclusion. She utilizes her expertise in Photoshop and InDesign to design promotional materials for the Digital Financial Institute and their conferences. Tina also plays a role in the outreach and partnership of community members in the FinTech and AI field.
